GM Genuine Parts previously lacked consolidated resources on the GMGP site to educate non-trade customers about all collision-related information available. The page we created replaced an existing Collision “Know Your Rights” FAQ page.
Without a customer-facing collision page, we were unable to easily guide customers to a GM collision facility to get a safe and proper vehicle repair. Collision repair orders are a significant source of revenue for GM, so a lack of site experience was hurting their bottom line.
Our objective was to create an easy-to-read, customer-friendly page that outlines the safe and proper repairs that are available, while also educating customers on our Collision Repair Network and how our CRN facilities provide a dedicated customer service experience and are backed by GM.
